Return Policy

At The Young Dreamers Bookstore, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a positive shopping experience. Only if your purchase are damage will a refund be issue. Otherwise, all sales are final.

In the event that your books arrive damaged, you can return the books within 10 business days.  

To start the return process, send email to info@theyoungdreamersbookstore.com with the following information: name, email, and order number.

 Upon receiving your return, we will examine it to verify the damage. After the examination, we will notify via email that we have received your return.

 A store credit for the value of your purchase will be issued within 24 hours of receiving your purchase.
