Pitt Football Players Inspire Pittsburgh Miller Scholars to Read and Dream through the P.E.E.R. Program!

On Friday, February 23, 2024, the scholars of Pittsburgh Miller Elementary School experienced interactive and engaging read-alouds led by the University Pittsburgh Football Team. Following the read alouds, Miller’s scholars visited the school library and selected inspirational books to aid them in the pursuit their dreams.

Through our dream-centered partnership with the University of Pittsburgh Office of Engagement and Community Affairs, children are able to experience caring and engaging adults who seek to leave a lasting impact on both their hearts and minds. We are looking forward to more opportunities to inspire the young dreamers of our city.
